Cancellation and Refund
Cancellation:
1.1. Cancellations must be made in writing (via email or Whatsapp) not more than passing of 3 days/classes of commencement of monthly sessions.
1.2. Failure to provide the required notice may result in the forfeiture of the session fee.
1.3. In case of unexpected circumstances (e.g., illness or emergency), we may waive the cancellation policy at our discretion.
Rescheduling:
2.1. Clients may request to reschedule a session with at least 7 days notice, subject to tutor availability.
2.2. We cannot guarantee the availability of specific tutors for rescheduled sessions.
Refunds:
3.1. Refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 3 days of commencement of classes, minus any administrative fees.
3.2. Refunds may take up to 31 business days to process.
3.3. Refunds will be issued using the same method of payment used for the original transaction.
3.4 Only 50% of the refunds will be made towards the students studying for first month and upto 100% for the months student studies thereafter.
3.5 Clients will be eligible for refunds according to the study plan they take, i.e. if a client is on monthly subscription then he is eligible for refunds for upto 1 month only subject to reduction of administrative costs.
No-Shows:
4.1. Clients who fail to attend a scheduled session without prior notice will not be eligible for a refund.
4.2. In cases of repeated no-shows, we reserve the right to terminate services without refund.
4.3 Clients should maintain 90% attendance (for students studying for more than 1 month) to claim a refund.
Quality Assurance:
5.1. We strive to provide high-quality tutoring services, but if you are unsatisfied with the session, please contact us within 3 days to discuss your concerns.
5.2. We may offer additional tutoring sessions or alternative solutions to address any dissatisfaction.
Modifications:
6.1. We reserve the right to modify our cancellation and refund policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated to clients in advance.
Client Responsibility:
7.1. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure they meet all requirements for cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds as outlined in our policy.
7.2. Clients are encouraged to review our Terms and Conditions (T&C) for further details regarding their obligations and our responsibilities.
7.3 Any sort of misappropriate behaviour towards teachers and associates of The Asian Kid will not be tolerated and we reserve the right to cancel the admissions of such students without any refund.
